CleanCo is powering forward under the direction of its newly established leadership team to deliver new renewable energy for Queensland.
The recruitment of the leadership team has been a priority for CleanCo following the appointment of Dr Maia Schweizer as CEO of the State-owned renewable energy generator in September 2019.
Dr Schweizer said the establishment of the leadership team is an important milestone for the organisation which commenced trading in the National Electricity Market in October 2019.
“CleanCo operates in a dynamic and evolving industry and I am confident we have in place a strong leadership team that can steer our organisation to deliver on our renewable energy objectives for Queensland”, Dr Schweizer said.
“Collectively, our leadership team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from across industries and the public and private sectors.
“Each member of the CleanCo leadership team has been appointed based on not only their demonstrated skills and experience, but also on their embodiment of the CleanCo values — genuine, collaborative, curious, and courageous,” Dr Schweizer said.
The CleanCo leadership team now includes the following appointments:
- Sally Frazer — General Manager Company Secretary, Legal and Governance
- Tanya Mills — General Manager Customer and Energy Markets
- Graham Yerbury – General Manager Performance, Risk and Finance
- Tim Hogan – General Manager Asset Operations
- Nicholle Duce – General Manager Corporate Services
- Natasha Patterson – Head of Corporate Sustainability
CleanCo Chair, Ms Jacqui Walters welcomed the establishment of the permanent leadership team.
“Congratulations and welcome to each of our newly appointed leaders”, Ms Walters said.
“I look forward to working with the team to deliver reliable clean energy for Queensland.”
