Queensland’s publicly-owned generator CleanCo will today kick off preliminary work to establish a future energy and hydrogen precinct at Swanbank and the jobs it would generate.
Minister for Energy, Renewables and Hydrogen Mick de Brenni said the precinct project would look at renewable hydrogen production and refuelling facilities, an onsite solar farm and modifications to feed renewable hydrogen into the existing high-efficiency gas power station.
