WESTERN DOWNS GREEN POWER HUB
Western Downs Green Power Hub is situated approximately 22 kilometres south-east of Chinchilla in Queensland’s Western Downs region.
The solar farm generates 400MW of renewable energy of which CleanCo has an offtake for 320 megawatts with owner and operator Neoen.
This is Australia’s largest solar farm and during construction generated up to 400 jobs.
